My husband and I shopped in the Laurens store today and had a cart full of items. When we went to check out I did not have my Ingles Card,which I have had forever .

I am in an Air Boot due to surgery on my leg . Because of this issue I cannot carry a normal size handbag . I gave her my phone number which would not bring up my card . Who knows why because it is the only number I have had for 15 years .

The cashier said , no it didn’t come up ! DUH !! Are you telling me you can’t scan another card . She just stood there and I said well I am not paying for all of these items without my sale prices given with my Ingles Card !

Still no resolution and I left the cart of groceries with her ! Not to worry I will not be needing my Ingles Card ever again !!
