I was in the Brevard NC ingles market, and a customer brought in a pet dog, I don't think their should be a dog in grocery store ,where they are food out in the open. I will not shop at this store again, and before u can say ,was it a service dog it was not, I said something to the cashier about it and she said maybe it was a seeing eye dog, and I told her dogs can't read. I will start shopping at food lion from now on.

Angle's Markt on Barber Blvd Waynesville. Very poor customer service from clerk pharmacist and store manager.

Serious issue with customer service at pharmacy. Made two trips to store on Thurs. Called pharmacy held on twice for 30 minutes no service. Went to store staff not interested in helping me. As a former restaurant owner (52 yrs)customer service was what made us successful. I'm planning on moving prescriptions to Publix. Brenda Keefe 828 421 ****

Poor customer service at deli department.

When ordering cold cuts they write down what you ordered and will keep asking customers that come after you what they want and then write down their orders before even starting to cut yours. It is a terrible system making customers wait so long to get what they ordered. Plus I noticed they place your order in a basket for everyone to touch. I noticed a man sneezed in his hand then wipe it on his pants and then went through everyones packages looking for his. Not sanitary.

User's recommendation: Have them cut cold when they are ordered without writing them down.

You SHOULD NOT GET PAID, to use self checkout. If you cannot afford something do without.

Have you ever thought that perhaps that the staring and twiddling of thumbs may be do to a disability. They have every right to work.

If you are impatient shop at home, shop online. I feel sorry for your daughter having a poor role model like you.

Wish there had been an option at least at one of the new self checkouts for cash. Normally would not be an issue but today it definitely was!!!! Long check out the regular way.

Charged for ebt item

Had to pay cash for a bag of m&ms that were not approved by ingles as a ebt item. Account was over drafted after using debit card. Then 2 days later got another bag which was a ebt item. Ingles In marshall, NC #28 customer service was really rude an she didn't even offer to fix the issue.

Ingles In Marshall, NC would not accept ebt as payment for a bag of m&m's. When bought to attention they said the consumer priced items. 2 days later got another bag then It was a ebt item. After my bank account was over drafted
